Public housing construction will start by the end of 2016

Phnom Penh (05 July 2016): Public housing projects for low- and middle-income population and civil servants are in the learning phase will begin in late 2016 which prices ranging from $ 25,000 to $ 30,000 for an apartment.

Mr. Seang Rithy, president of the World Bridge International to get permission from the government to develop the public housing project, told reporters that public housing project now is in the stage the first development project will start construction in October or November this year.

He added that there are several projects for the development of public housing and each project will have a two-year period for construction.
Mr. Rithy said, “This project will have many benefits for people who have low income and affordable and for civil servants.”
