Killer shot Dr. Kem Ley could face a life sentence

Phnom Penh (12 July 2016) : the killer who shot Dr.Kem Ley independent analyst could face a life imprisonment according to law if a court found that it was premeditated murder.
According to Article 200 of the country’s penal code states that murder is premeditated murder by deliberate or by ambush. The foreseeable project is made up of individual acts of harassment against the victims. The ambush was the act of hiding and attacking to any person in a while to commit a crime against the victims. Premeditated murder was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Please note that on the morning of 12 July 2016, the authority sent the perpetrators gunmen shot Dr. Kem Ley to question in court, again after 1 hour yesterday unfinished. Perpetrators just admitted to police that his man is “Chub Somlap” a 38-year-old Khmer workers in Thailand, but the authorities seem not so completely.
Besides premeditated murder, according to the above legal perpetrators may also face other offenses, including firearms.
