Ex Miss Cambodia-America murdered

Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Vantha Tho known as Moch, Miss Cambodian-American in 1998 was shot dead by her former boyfriend in the evening of July 28, 2016 (Cambodian Time) in the US, according to her relative-in-Law. Writing on his facebook, Kang Visal who is the victim’s uncle-in-law said “No safe in this world. Wherever Whoever Whenever . We love you”.
Visal told Cambodia News that the two broke apart for long time but the man still followed her.
The man shot Moch, 36 years of age, in Emosa beach around 6:30am on July 28 (US Time) before he shot himself, Visal told Cambodia News.
Moch who had 2 brothers and 2 sisters was still single and no any kid.
In March 2002, one of her brothers was also murdered in the US.
