Minister of Information requested the meeting to honor spiritual memorial Ph.D Kem Ley

Phnom Penh (18 July 2016): HE Minister Khieu Kanharith On Monday morning has asked the members of the meeting of the working group, technical enacted “The draft law the right to information” to remain silence for 5 seconds before the meeting at the Phnom Penh Hotel to honor the spiritual memorial to Ph.D Kem Ley, the independent social and political analyst who was shot dead last week.

His Excellency the Minister stated that he and other government officials also want to respect Mr. Kem Ley directly, but they could not go because the body was being bumper.
