Mr. Kem Sokha absence in the court hearing

Phnom Penh (04 July 2016): Acting Director National Rescue Party, Mr. Kem Sokha did not appear in the court on the morning of July 4, 2016, while Parliament investigating the Court of Appeal boot hearings for offenses denied access to its court considered as the criminal actual record. However, Mr. Kem Sokha’s lawyer attended the hearing to challenge the procedure.

In the past defense, Mr.Kem Sokha’s defend lawyer, Mr. Sam SuKong had previously confirmed that the subject of this hearing is denied by the defense lawyer team to cancel all procedure as the cops tried to arrest Mr. Kem Sokha, the court charged and summoned Mr. Kem Sokha to appear subsequently.
