National Assembly opened the plenary meeting while the opposition boycott

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of June 30, 2016, the National Assembly opened a plenary meeting presided over by Samdech Heng Samrin; yet, there is not opposition party presence after they announced a boycott since the attempt to arrest, Mr. Kem Sokha, who oppose the court summons 2 times since May 26, 2016.
